1970s Maxi Dress with Cut Outs, Size XS, Handmade Prairie, Boho Tie Dye red I'm guessing the previous ownerDescription This is a really unique vintage maxi dress that I think is from the early 70s. It looks handmade to me. There is a cut out at the chest and on both sleeves. The cut outs have a drawstring around them that then ties in a bow below. It has a high neck and puffy sleeves. It zips up the back. Details Brand Handmade Size XS Shoulders 12. 25" across Chest 16. 5" pit to pit, stretches to 17. 25" Sleeves 22. 5" Waist 12" across, stretches to 13"
