Narex Paring Chisels combination tool 150 mm x 100 mmNarex Chisels are made in the Czech Republic and are an exceptional value for the price. The blades are made from fine grained, chrome manganese steel and hardened to HRC 59, and hold an excellent edge. Paring chisels have long blades for extra control when removing small amounts of material when fitting joints and performing other delicate tasks. They are normally pushed by hand and not used with a mallet. Bevels are ground at a 25 degree angle.
