and minor fraying in the corners at the junction of the collar & the neck front (see last photo) - the skirt waist has been slightly enlarged by the addition of a small piece of matching fabric at the end of the waistband

does not appear to have been much worn - there is a very faint mark on the skirt front

Super Vintage 1950s Skirt Cream Blue Flecked Textured Wool High Waist UK XS 1950s B the neck is quiteA wonderful vintage 1950s skirt by 'Jenny Hockley' of London, made from a rustic, chunky tweedy wool fabric in a textured, knobbly weave in shades of green, blue, orange & off white. It has 8 gores (the centre 2 are larger) with pleats into the waistband & two hip pockets trimmed with blue ribbed jersey; it fastens on the back left with a metal 'GB' zip & hooks & bars, has elasticated tabs & buttons on the waistband & is unlined.
