Two types of cask are used: 80% first fill ex bourbon and 20% first fill Oloroso sherry hogsheads. At the end of the maturation the whiskies are brought together to create a perfectly balanced dram that's also non chill filtered. The rebirth of Wolfburn has been guided largely
