Jurassique 2022 Chateau Gombaude Guillot the red fruit tensionJean Michel and Laurence Petit started Domaine de la Renardire in 1990 and work seven and a half hectares, all of it inside Arbois Pupillin. The village sits on Triassic red marnes, the iron rich soils it is known for, and Jurassique comes off the most calcareous parcels among them. It is Chardonnay, fermented on indigenous yeasts with every parcel kept apart, and sulphur held back until just before bottling when it goes in at all. Jurassique names
