I had no idea what it was, but upon listing it on here, a buyer kindly informed me that it goes by the name of "The Little Giant" and he said it was a nutcracker. I did some research of my own, and while it does work for cracking nuts, it mostly appears to be regarded as a citrus squeezer! The fact is, whatever you use it for, it's amazing to look at, and extremely rare.
