First layer, like batik is of a pattern painted using liquid wax, which got wash of Chartreuse and fired. After bisque firing, colors kept getting added until they had their presence felt. Gaze into the center and you will find a beautiful explosion of shape and color, while the outer surface is carved in swirling patterns. The artwork is hand painted in layers and carved by
