The coffee is grown on small farms high in the mountains, carefully hand picked and washed. The beans of Colombia Supremo, the highest grade of Colombian coffee, are large and uniform in size. Done to a full city (light) roast, it possesses medium acidity and a light to medium body strength, with deep, rich walnut flavors. This coffee is
