Jin Guan Yin Oolong, Spring 2019 Spicy a picnic box with theOur Jin Guan Yin Oolong is a delightful jade oolong from Anxi, China, the same place where the best tieguanyin is grown! The dry leaf emits aromas of orchids, magnolias, bright peach and wheatgrass, and the taste is similar but with the addition of fresh garden herbs and a luscious milky mouthfeel. There's an almost salty hint to it as well, and a soft cooling finish. The wet leaf aroma is intoxicating and I really can't even begin to describe it! A
