Belladonna (9x11) Narrow Unlike tribal and village rugsDescription Chinese Art Deco rugs were predominantly produced in the 1920s and early 1930s. Traditional Chinese motifs (peonies, dragons, clouds, lotus flowers) were combined with the angular, often asymmetric layouts made popular in the western Art Deco movement. Layouts often featured expansive 'negative space' to allow the striking colors and isolated motifs to command attention. We recommend using rug pads to extend the life of all Passerine rugs.
