Metal Miniature Camera prints --- The last Alpa madeIn 1884 Marion introduced a small metal camera as 'easily carried in the pocket'. The Metal Miniature had a pyramid shaped cast brass body and rear door, rack and pinion focusing, drop shutter. A ground glass was used to focus the Petzval type lens. In 1888 three sizes were advertised 1 inch square, 2 inch square, and 3 inch square. For 2x2 inch square exposures, with 4 original plate holders, in very fine original condition.
