This delicious and unusual gin is made by the Vallet family of Chateau Montifaud, Cognac producers and winemakers in Gascony. It's distilled from local grapes rather than grain and is not chill filtered, preserving more of the flavours and textures. Very smooth and rounded with Cognac like notes of apple,
