which goes by the full name Antica Erboristeria Cappelletti

this is a “micro-cuvée” as less than three barrels are produced annually (about 800 bottles)

The result is an aperitif of tremendous depth with a wonderfully dry finish

it is particularly ageworthy

2023 Hendry Wines Pinot Noir For most of their firstThis is pretty floral, strawberry and caramel aromas abound in this vintage. Cranberry and red berry fruit with balanced tannins and acid. Black tea in the finish. Light to medium bodied, it's a solid, savory, everyday Pinot Noir. Pair with charcuterie, sheeps milk cheeses, mushroom bruschetta, grilled chicken, salmon, and lighter, leaner meats.
