Copeland - 25.3 Single Malt Irish Whiskey 70cl New Arrival Created in the 1980s by25. 3 is a Single Malt mash bill, produced entirely from malted barley and double distilled before being aged for a minimum of 5 years. Ranging from 5 years and 2 months, to 5 years and 7 months in age, this release is a carefully crafted blend of eight select casks bought back from the original 125 owners, chosen for their individual character and balance. The finishing cask was an ex California Pinot Noir 225L which we had previously used for
