2023 Domaine Galevan, Paroles de Femme Cotes du Rhone I know I had notA blend of Grenache, Mourvdre, Cinsault, and Carignan, this wine announces itself with a clarion call of deft delicacy and a beautiful black cherry color. It has a nose of black fruits, wild berries, spices and musk. The mouth is lively, silky, with a beautiful aromatic persistence of fruit and color. This wine can accompany traditional meals such as roast rabbit, roast beef, goat cheese, and parsley pate as well as more exotic recipes.
