NV Domaine Pecheur Cremant du Jura Brut Central Coast and in factPecheur's Cremant is 100% Chardonnay, vinified in the traditional Champagne method, and it really is amazingly Champagne like. It is aged for three years on the lees before disgorgement. There is no dosage, so the wine is completely dry, but not at all austere, in fact it has lovely creamy, apple pear flavors, and the minerality one would expect from grapes grown on limestone soils. A super bargain!
