Hosui Asian Pear Tree Boxed Gift Collections Try our variety packHosui is a fabulous Asian Pear, smaller than Olympic, with a greener tint to the skin, and a brighter, lighter pear flavor that has less of a "maple syrup" undertone. It comes earlier in the season, as well, and though it doesn't store quite as well, the fruit are tasty enough that eating them up quickly usually isn't a problem. (And their smaller size makes that a less intimidating a prospect than with Olympic!) These are two year old, bare root
